I agree no duh ur gonna have pictures of ur lil goobers (I call them that affectionately) and that’s normal if anything it’s weird to have no pictures of ur kids on the wall. Same with the wall signs there super tacky but that’s the worst they get but I do think it’s all a joke not to be taken too seriously.
I think it may be cultural. I remember watching american movies with my mom and sis and we we're really surprised (and a bit uneasy) by the fact they had pictures of the people living in the house, on the walls of said house. In my home, we have pics of people we wish were there in the "common rooms" and tiny pics of the others in one tiny place in our own rooms.
Anyways now I've gotten used to it so if I enter your living room and there are pics of your kids I will find it cute. But it's not weird either not to have them!
