I have quite a few dreams that as far as I know I can still remember to this day. Although it might have something to do with my night terrors as a child

Write it down. I used to do it for a while. I would wake up writing about my dreams. It was really trippy. My favorite was when I was in a castle running around with Draco Malfoy.

My accidental life hack for this: whenever I have a weird dream, I fall back asleep and tell someone about it in my next dream lol. I don't know why, but I do that a lot and I can almost always remember my dreams
