Kratos is the only one that looks better with a beard to me

At most, he looks good with a full goatee (which includes the moustache). Any more than that and he looks weird.

Normally I would agree, but those three are the worst examples. Nothing makes Kratos more badass, he's at the end of the scale. Nothing will ever make Steve badass, he's a fucking whimp. And the kid from Dragons will always be a kid.
