If someone was trying to make an inverse point of some kind and they called the dude a dilf or a hunk they would get 0 flak. You're just an over sensitive asshat
As a woman, I don't see why the fuck calling someone a milf contradicts the point. You are attacking an argument by going after something unrelated. The post has absolutely nothing to do with calling people terms that other people get offend on the behalf of them for. This post is very specifically about how stupid college students complaining about there not being many other college students that share a trait with them in a major they aren't in and don't wanna fucking mess with other than to have something to fucking complain about
Your argument isn't any fucking better than white ass mother fuckers yelling at other white ass mother fuckers for having dream catchers. It isn't your place to say a damn thing. You aren't entitled to be offended on behalf of another
This is yet another reason why you should need an account to do shit on this site. Guests come in starting bullshit with garbage argument tactics white knighting some shit their over sensitive selves can't stand to see
Great job on calling a chick a womanhater btw.
You (you two? I'm far to lazy to make sure you aren't just the same guest) haven't made a single actual arguement. You've only acted like a politician. First you tried to destabilize the argument by switching the focus to a different subject and then tried to invalidate any opposing arguments by claiming that anyone that descents is an (insert agenda having insult)
Garbage argument tactics. Go back to
where if you're gonna be a white knighting fuck without the intelligence to make a legitimate arguement. There are so many paths you could have taken to waste your time arguing against the joke but no you had to show your lack of intelligence and white knight your worthless agenda without actually making a counter to the satire
Women are typically given an high advantage in STEM fields for the simple fact that they want more women in those fields. Contrary to what people seem to think, if a man and woman that are equivalent, then the woman is likely to be picked simply for being a woman.

As a general rule of thumb, if your link to something is primarily a news article (Even one reviewing a study), then it can essentially be dismissed instantly, but I won't do that. I say this because news sites are paid to manipulate figures to get the result they want to get the money from the targeted audience. Further, that article has very little to do with men or women attempting to get a promotion or raise. It's just about how having steady hours makes employees feel more secure and valuable.
I suggest reading the Stanford study as it explains the gap even if you don't go straight into reading the study. It states that, and I quote, "We find that the entire gender gap is caused by three factors: experience on the platform (learning-by-doing), preferences over where/when to work, and preferences for driving speed." which means that the "gap" is not at all based on gender. If you read deeper, then they explain that men typically work at times when the payment is higher...
Males often typically work more on Uber which means they have more experience and thus get paid more. I will just quote the study's introduction for the final reason: "The residual gender earnings gap that persists after controlling for these two factors can be explained by a single variable: average driving speed." Men simply have a higher driving speed. In this specific regard, there is no gap here; Men are just more suited to earning through Uber than women are. This is what you would expect in a society where men and women are equal. Equal opportunity requires non-equal outcomes. You do better, you earn more. This is a cornerstone of capitalism and America.

Spiderwoman - i know this is off topic, but if you were to mate with spiderman, would you eat him after?
that wasn't the point of the post, the post was they were protesting no women were allowed, but the head of the department was a woman. i was stating that instead of choosing an engineering degree, they chose women's studies instead
They said its no girls allowed not because there is a rule that says girls cant join but because there aren't many girls in engineering. The point of the post is that they chose a major other than engineering and then protested about there not being girls in engineering.

However Stanford has done a study with Uber data. It found that when you remove the opportunity for discrimination by the employer there is still a gender pay gap of about 7%:
