I heard a Brit on the radio today saying "If we have a second referendum and it's won by the Leave voters again, then fair enough: we'll respect the result"
It seems people only respect democracy when it goes their way
Or people don’t take their votes seriously until someone shoves the repercussions in their face. Then once they are paying attention they realIze that they don’t always get the result they want by listening to the people who are telling them what to do.
