Not really, when you go as far as to guide someone to what they need and help them through getting it then you’re just a nice human being. He isn’t a personal shopper, so he isn’t required to go that extra mile. You’re dismissing it like we have an adundance of kindness in the world.
He wouldn't even be there if they didn't pay him. In most supermarkets I go to, personnel is required as per their job description to walk the customer to the product they're requesting. How do I know? Because they told me when I asked to be pointed in the right direction. They had to walk me to the exact spot.
Yes but he didn't JUST walk her there now did he? He went the extra mile to help her out. He could’ve done what he’s paid to do, guided her to her product and just left so that she figures out what to do or asks someone else to help her if she can’t manage to do it herself but he was kind and we shouldn’t be so quick to say it was driven solely by money :)
