In the second movie J probably would of offered the job to Laura but of course she had to leave.
In the third movie Agent Zed was replaced by a woman Agent Oh.
Plus she is going to be in the new movie.
There are PLENTY women in the Men in Black. So them making a woman one of the lead actors is no big deal.
It's not like they are Ghost Bustering the movie lol series.
