Actually, a taco is defined as ‘an often crisply fried tortilla folded over and filled, as with seasoned chopped meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese’. So unless you usually put a rolling pin to your sandwich buns and then deep fry them, a hot dog is not a taco. Off with your head.

In Chile, tacos are traffic jams or high heels.

Taco-sandwiches are called tortas as we generally don’t cut the loaf of bread all the way to make two individual slices.

When I was a kid I used to think hot dog was just a dog who was heated and it's pieces were packed so that human could eat. I would cry because I loved my dog and I felt an overt need to protect him.
