I wish it was that easy. I have messed up hormones and acne just appears no matter how well I treat my skin, the only thing that's holding it off now is birth control. On top of it all, neither of my parents had this problem so my entire teenage years was just them berating me for not eating well enough and being a disgusting pig who doesn't wash her face even though I generally eat well and have good hygiene. And washing your face too much may actually lead to worse breakouts because it irritates the skin.
It's nice that you live a healthy lifestyle and I'm glad for you that your skin is naturally clear but please please please don't start telling people who struggle with this that it's because they don't wash their face or don't drink enough water.
Never told anyone to do what I do. I just started to break out one day really bad and started doing a little more than just avoiding things like sugars and fats. Just washed my face during heavy workouts or played outside. Also Texas gets hot so gotta stay well hydrated.
I know not everyone gets the best of luck.
If the second one is heavy makeup what the hell is the first one? The first one I would say is over the top but seen most often unfortunately, and what's with the two dead slugs stuck to her forehead?! I've never understood that look. The second is classier. It's there but understated, maybe something for a night out. The third is more natural, my favourite. And the fourth is as the pic says, no makeup.
Am I the only one that sees substantially different facial features in the last pic? I'm not being sarcastic or anything, I see a different woman in the last one and noone else seems to mention it
