For those who want a summary: the stepdad tweets about waiting and how the possible escape is through a side door but how his mom is cleaning the rooms so the boy has gotta do it fast while his mom is distracted but the girl left her shoes on the opposite side to their nearest escape. Several hours later she just comes down to use the bathroom when mom is reading in her room. Turns out it’s one of the boys closest friends and they pretend it was a harmless sleepover and the boy stares down the stepdad while grabbing her shoes and he winks at him.
