Since it's a fire escape, it might have been better to make this a slide. Sure, people might bump into each other as they are sliding down but the chaos in trying to run down that many flight of stairs is scary.

I kinda wanna see how far I can slide on that inside rail. It would be terrifying, but I could bail and just bounce 6-7 steps instead of a deathfall.
There is no inside rail. FUCK THAT.
