Windmills are knocking birds out of the air and solar plants are cooking them. Probably should have shown a different animal.

So it's basically a cooking show?

Hate the rhetoric it uses. Like the cause it's advocating for.

Solar cells aren't as clean as you think. They require a bunch of rare metals... which requires mining, and the kind of mines required aren't exactly... "eco-friendly". That being said, still better.

... And like how neither wind or solar EVER returns more energy than it took to make them, over it's whole working lifetime.

That can't be true, or we would have stopped using it a long time ago. The entire point is positive energy collection.

They're used for publicity or because legislation ordered it.

its kinda true. Solar panels are definitely better than they used to be however the statement of them not returning more energy than it took to make is a misnomer. The amount of power that is generated by wind and solar is higher than the amount of power it took to create them. Solar and wind are also the cheapest form of clean energy you can make.

thorium salt reactors! There's no need for the nuclear waste we produce, thorium salt reactors cut the waste by over 90% and they can't meltdown!
