Actually, since everyone has different hp amounte based on their level, it would be different percentiles of damage per person.

Meanwhile, I maxed my evasion. Paper can't even touch me. Seriously, I can't even hold on to my money. I'm so poor now.

That's 1 HP + mouthblood effect; consuming a food item will damage you based on how much damage the chip did.
True 1 HP is when something scratches you and leaves a slight bump, but doesn't break the skin or anything.
