It's just these little comments every time we visit someone and we leave a tad late for home because we were enjoying ourselves, and then on the way back pops up the comment something along the lines of: "the Cat enjoyed her visit, neh? Hmm, yeah, I saw, we couldn't get away." but with the tone kind of... accusingly?
Like, it's completely justified, because I do end up having a last tea or whatever and we normally spend an extra half an hour to hour there, and I already feel kinda bad afterwards because I know it bothers him, but I can't seem to stop it.
Like a good-natured comment that I enjoyed the visit too much and thus we leave later.. but in a bit of a -not quite accusing but inquisitively reprimanding and accusing tone-?
I don't know, I might just be reading too much into it since I'm kind of spiraling again, but I don't really want to make a big deal of the spiral, so I just leave it and hope it goes away. Which it does some days. But yeah.

I just sometimes return to the feeling that things would be much better for those around me if I weren't around anymore.

I dont know your situation or "those around you" but you DO NOT under any circumstances have to feel this poorly about yourself because you were enjoying yourself somewhere, and left late for home. And that applies to any situation of similar "seriousness". I don't even know them or you, but I know that's true.

If those around you cannot see your value you, you must, because all of us do. If they don't recognize that, then perhaps you should question them, and their behaviour- but NOT yourself.

But I agree with what he said, wholeheartedly. I don't know what's going on, but you should never be made to feel so unrelentingly guilty over something like this

@Catfluff I spend so much time at a family friend‘s house. I could be there by about 11am and won‘t leave till about 9pm. We want to spend a lot of time in places we enjoy. Sometimes I feel like moving in with them lol. You should talk to him about how you feel. It‘s awesome having you around. You‘re actually one of the few people who plays along when mrscollector and I suspect you of aiding a crime lol. You‘re super funny too. It also helps to keep track of your time there so you don‘t over-stay and forget to get stuff done. Don‘t blame yourself, we‘ve all been there in one way or the other. Blame them for having a fun house! lol. You‘ll be ok. I actually didn‘t think you‘d open up, but I‘m glad you did. I‘ve got your back. And I have tons of hugs and Chocolate. Oh. Well it wasn't really about catlol to begin with so no need for retraction. Tbh I'm just hoping he's doing alright at this point. I don't want to swarm him with people if he needs a break but we've lost several people from this place already. Tbh you gave catfluff such a warm response I nearly tagged you over there, but then I saw you and catlol were having a scrap. I didn't really read what went wrong but I didn't want to involve you after since that would just make everyone unhappy it seemed

@Xvarnah - I think @Catfluff is part of our dysfunctional digital family. I understand that she's going through a lot, but she keeps it to herself, stays positive and works through it. She doesn't even bring up her problems unless prodded to do so- I respect all of the above, and actually like what little I know about her as an individual.

Lolcats on the other hand, WANTS to be miserable. I know the type - I used to be the type, and he needs some time to be sad and angry and get through it. The most you can do is express caring, but he won't take you up on it. That said however, we were scrapping because he's an idiot, so it's for the best you didn't tag me. I would have torn him to pieces. Very sweet of you to try and help him though.

@aviva Another funsub user. Him and shik aren't getting along, which is fair enough. But he was having a rough time yesterday also and saying some very worrying things, not unlike the sort catfluff was saying. It was just a bad day cat-wise all around it seems. He just updated me that he's doing a bit better today, but we'll see.

@shikiharizard that's fair enough. And you may be right that he's the type to enjoy misery (I'm related to a few people like that). But it also could be something else. For example I had a friend who had severe bi-polar and was stuck with parents who genuinely didn't understand his condition and couldn't get him the help he needed and he had some very rough times. I'm not saying catlol has that, I'm just saying sometimes there's more going on then we first think.

Either way he may not be your kind of people and that's not unreasonable. I've encountered a few people on this website-- some even that are quite popular-- and I'm just like "yeah, not happening." Personalities and choices don't always line up.

Hopefully his life turns around in some way or another. I just know there's no way for that to happen if he's gone

I don't enjoy misery, not at all. All i want is for the pain to end. I have nothing against @shikiharizard and i hope me and him can move past what happened last night. I don't know his life and it was wrong of me to say that it was luck that got him where he is now, and i apologize for that.

I try to not be the miserable mopey one, and normally I try to keep the sads away, sads spreads more sads, but happys spread happys :-3. I just really needed to talk about it, and it helped doing so. Thank you once again.
