Let's do it guys and gals.
Reply "done" to this comment after you've checked on your funny friend. I personally don't think it would be inappropriate to send them this post or a screenshot of it and bluntly say "I saw this and thought of you. Let me know if you're doing okay".
I’m fine thanks @mialinay. I’ve only really ever had one friend, but I haven’t seen him in a few years as I lost contact. I’ve no clue how to make a new one or even start a conversation without an obvious thing to talk about.
@tcole3710 make funny observations about the world around you, eventually you'll make someone laugh, and then who knows? A conversation follows. Keep doing it, more conversations occur, the more conversations occur, the more likely a deep (and deep can also mean humorous) conversation occurs, the more deep conversations occur the more likely a friend is to be made \>_>/
When I moved to Dallas, the first two hours of first grade I was shy AF... By the end of the day I found a friend who liked Lego, sports and dinosaurs, one who liked Lego and sports, one who liked sports and dinosaurs, a few who liked drawing, and one who liked to be mischievous with me. Don't be afraid to tell the world what you are interested in, you never know what you'll having in common with people, and the "who" can sometimes be hilariously surprising. \<_</
“Heard joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says, "Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up." Man bursts into tears. Says, "But doctor...I am Pagliacci.”

Also, done. Checked on my funny friend.
Right now I'm fine, but it's true that I tend to hide my psychological issues behind my humour.
So, how are you doing @tcole3710?
