I think people that blame people for the actions of their followers are dumb as hell. The exception to this would be if said influential figure asked their followers to do it. Now, I'm fairly certain that Pewds hasn't told anybody to commit mass genocide.
a while back in an interview/podcast pewdiepie called people who claim immigrants made Sweden unsafe are idiots, and says he isn't against immigration. So I'd imagine he's quite against killing said immigrants
I mean, pewds has lived and worked in Italy, England, and (I believe) America, so he can't exactly be anti-immigrant and come out sounding at all logical haha.

That aside, this is just more outrage culture, and only the most dimwitted of society would even give it being plausible more than 5 seconds of thought. If they want to brigade they've got quite the army to take down before they get close to pewdiepie. They've tried it multiple times before and somehow I don't see this being even a smidgen more successful
Statistically, of those 89 million, you're going to have some that are mentally ill. That's just numbers. There's nothing anyone can do about it, and no, you can't blame PewDiePie. I mean, did we not learn this with John Lennon and "The Catcher in the Rye"?
Guy wasn't even a fan of Pwediepie. He left a god damn Manifesto on 4Chan stating that he knew how to control the press. He shouted Pwediepie's name because he knew the press would go hog wild with that and create a divide in the populace.
All this argument and strife is exactly what he did it for.
He also said he got permission from the Norway guy that killed 77 people, that his political beliefs aligned closest to China, that he was a self proclaimed fascist and an eco-terrorist, he loves white nationalists, yet hates Trump's policies, wants to start a race war in the US by shooting up muslims in NZ... etc... it's seriously the rantings of a loon... he's all over the place. Just... fucking crazy. I guess he has a strong argument for an insanity plea.
