She's not using her disability, she's using her talent.
You can cut off your arms, it won't make you able to paint like this.

That was kind of my thought as well. She's not using her disability, she likes to paint and uses what appendages she has to do so. Also, I say this whenever it pops up but god I love Indian clothing

Some of those foot and mouth artists astound me with their talent. Talent I don't have even with 2 working arms and hands. Good on them.
