Wow, it looks like a lethal place. The new plan is to paint it and "bring somebody in that will actually … pass inspection." Sadly, this seems exactly on par with the United States Department of Corrections. https://www.wbur.org/npr/705527126/oklahoma-sheriff-quits-jail-conditions

What an extreme prison but even this is too good for some crimes. Constitution doesn’t apply to animals

That's awful. Just because you commit a crime (granted imo the severity) doesn't mean you aren't a human being.
