Pace and quiet isn't all bad, but it's not always all good.
This isn't directed at Norway, rather at people who think that things are better with no perceivable conflict:
Have you read 1984? Do you know anything about your country's history and current events? At what cost do you enjoy the perception of peace and quiet?
Actually, 1984 warns against constant war. If you've read it, you should know that the state is constantly at war, and the government uses this war as a pretext to oppress its citizens.
So...All these countries that take in Muslim immigrants is having problems? Or weren't we supposed to notice that, and imagine instead that socialism is supposed to bring peaceful bliss?

More like the whole of the UK. England is not an interchangeable term for the UK. They aren't the same thing.
