I do not recognize the scooters in the water

this is why you put sensors and such on the scooters and on the spot execute the idiots that think its a good idea to damage them for fun

Those are lime scooters, which have just taken off in NZ. I literally just got back from Dunedin, where there's at least one within a 500 metre radius of you, no matter where you are.
