Nope. In Thailand there is a lot of variety depending on what you can or can't eat. They have reauirements based on your condition but aside from that the food tastes really good. I was able to overcome a terrible case of starving myself because the food tasted so good.

I think their food is subtly flavored and seasoned, they want you to taste the food not the salt.

English food can be bland, but still good because of the subtle flavour. I think that bland isn't a bad thing.
