he is "admitting" that a person that is a real estate developer would want to commit tax fraud. No where on there does he say "i did this" or I did that"

Amazon: *doesn't pay taxes, profits off the poor, considers warehouses R&D for tax purposes*
Everyone: Yay!
Trump: *Uses the same legal but dishonest loopholes*
Everyone: Angery
Writing that showing losses is ideal is not tax fraud. The act of showing losses is very normal in business and doesn't even suggest illegality to people who understand accounting.
What's funny is, this how even the most successful movies technically lose money. Each film is set up as an LLC, and through some creative accounting, they always so a loss so as not to pay taxes, future royalties, and other costs.
To all- the things that Trump did with his taxes were absolutely NOT tax fraud. They were not "loopholes" either. It is the federal tax code. For those of you who cannot understand the word code, he followed the LAW. Federal tax laws allow deductions, exemptions, etc. and President Trump's company claimed them in accordance with existing federal law. Most of you probably can't figure out a simple 1040 much less corporate filings. Business taxes are complicated, while most of you on antisocial media are very simple.
Its great when your president gives further legal tax breaks to big businesses, and the super wealthy. Introduces policies to increase the divide between the poor and the wealthy, and attempts to defund planned parenthood to punish poor people for having sex. Amazing president
