I had eye troubles from 2009 till last year. I finally went to get my eyes checked late 2017 and was diagnosed with astigmatism and myopia. After wearing glasses for about 5 or 6 months, I noticed my vision was a lot better. I went for a check up I was told I had no issues anymore. The doctor there couldn‘t explain how it happened but I never wore glasses anymore since then.
Can confirm this. I also see “double vision” top-to-bottom. Let’s say there’s a street sign, I can read it twice, where the “ghost image” is on top. It also carries color with the “ghost image”, so it really is like looking at one thing twice at the same time. No eye doctor has been able to explain it, it must be something to do with my occipital lobe.
OMG! (lol) *exaggerated gasp* @1_puma You‘re not alone. @malwhitaker has the same super power. He/She is either your sidekick, wife/husband, evil counterpart, bestie, or all of the above. If you really think about it, I just defined an average spouse(that is, your sidekick and husband/wife who you suspect wants to kill you sometimes but is still your bestfriend that you love so much). Or it could just be your ungrateful cat, or sibling
I remember telling my dad how pretty I thought the lines and stars around lights were - I got classes I never knew I needed. Turns out that was also the reason I could see jack-zip-all on the board in the class and failed some subjects.
No, that’s fine. Just think about this logically: the lead designer may have this eye condition, and designs light this way (obviously, it’s not a rare problem), or even, it’s a nod to those that do experience the ailment. Our art sometimes is just imitation of our reality, especially in this case.
@timebender25 You are correct.
@1_puma Bounce? Walls? What? :P
But nah i needed glasses and have had em ever since
