Left arm slightly under the pillow acting as a partial head support for her and the pillow keeps her ginormous head from putting your arm to sleep.

I'd also like to add that if she also likes to hold on to a pillow, have that pillow also go under your extended left forward arm/hand, so you don't slowly, slightly, but surely wake up with a minor hyper-extension of your elbow.

i put my arm under her head in the neck space and cuddle that way
