random thing about the whole "welsh sheep shaggers thing"
the story ive always heard about the reason for the stereotype is that criminals stealing livestock in olden times when caught would claim to be fucking them as the punishment for the theft in wales at the timw was death however the punishment for bestiality was much lighter and with enough criminals failing to steal sheep the stereotype slowly formed.

I think this started as a muslim type of joke, but lost in translation along the way
