Yeah that’s kinda batman’s thing he has a suit of armour forged for him by superman in The core of the sun I guarantee if his and thor’s alignments remained the same then Thor would have already helped Bats with some sort of trump card.
A guy who can punch real good versus a warrior king with millennia of experience against gods, monsters, and otherworldly horrors. I don't think so.
Batman, much like the Punisher, is most compelling when he stays in his own weight class of peak/enhanced human.
If Batman can make an Ironman like suit to fight Superman, he can make one to withstand lightning easy enough, so like you said; if he has prep time it could turn out pretty even.
