Raccoon city. A: I don't find slow zombies all that scary and B: Even if you survive Silent Hill, I mean what kind of life do you live after that?

Raccoon City for sure. Silent Hill is all about torturing you with psychological damage and your past sins. SH 2 is the scariest games bar none, to ever exist.

I found Silent Hill 2 to be excruciatingly frightening. There were so many times I wanted to quit but it was so fascinating I couldn't. I loaned it to a friend when I was done and I noticed he started calling me to hang out every afternoon. I eventually realized that not only was he only able to play it while the sun was out, but he needed someone else around. He then loaned me Silent Hill 3. I started calling him every afternoon.

I remember being extremely proud of myself for completing the first one when it came out, then absolutely not doing that with the second one. At one point I just the controller down, took out the disc, and didn't touch it for like a week. It is terrifying.
