There was one who was known to have a tiny penis, which was reported over and over in the news. In the 70s, maybe? I can't remember which one it was but he ended up being given a much more sinister name in the press anyway. But I like this post, I think it's a great idea.

I always liked the "Weepy Voice Killer." Takes the coolness right out of it.
