I'm sorry, but if I was a judge and you tried to bring this into my court room I'd throw it out cause if you bought "bath" water from someone online you deserve whatever it is you get.

Said before- will say again. Scientifically there is no reason to suspect her bath water would contain human DNA. the only DNA that would likely be in there are shed dead skin cells. If she showered and scrubbed or exfoliates there may not be many. Then the dead skin cells immersed in water, bacteria, and water treatment chemicals in tap water would start to degrade faster than they already were. Light, temperature, handling, age, etc. would then degrade them further. By the time a customer got it- even if there was detectable human dna in it before that- all traces of DNA could be gone. There’s a reason they can’t do rape kits many weeks later. Even sperm which is a cell designed to survive harsh conditions outside the body deteriorates. And even IF there were any human DNA found in the water it would not be feasible to identify who it belonged to.

In addition, I don't believe she ever said the bath water would be after bathing. So she probably ran a tub dipped out the water then got in.

Nah, I hate that I know that but I'm pretty sure she mentionned the bathwater was filled after she "played around" in the bath. God. I can't believe I know this.

Yup, checked her website, that's what she says. I now know what her website looks like and that 50 dollar gets you a used chewing gum.
