So...a choice works well for some groups, but not for your particular one. And it bothers you. HMMMMMMMM!!!!
In this case, it’s color choice of letters and total inconsequential to your life. However, in actual real life, such a thing (neutral choice results in negative effect) is called disparate IMPACT. This is as opposed to disparate TREATMENT (deliberate choice to create a negative effect). Still negatively affects a group.
Now imagine in your actual life people are always jumping up and insisting you’re “imagining” disparate impact/treatment, it’s not “that bad”, and/or accuse you of rabble rousing.
Then take a whole stadium of seats and be quiet about a self-manufactured slight, and this metaphorical nonsense. Being a fake underdog just gives you fake outrage and destroys empathy. Which sure is convenient if you want to feel good while not doing anything to make the world better. In fact, it gives you a great excuse not to care about anyone but yourself.
Okay, what’s the point? Being American, I see it as the person saying the being white is not okay (as a result of the font color being the same color as the background). I’m definitely here for better readings, as that one is supremely stupid. What is the message?
