I'm not sure it's geologically possible for the foundation of what I'd want for my dream house to exist, so there'd also be... construction. The idea would be on the edge of a cliff that has very resilient rock, but there would be underground structures and levels and such through the cliff that would go down to the edge of the coast into an area where the waves are calm (This is where it doesn't exist) and there is a man-made cove/harbor that goes up under the cliff with an elevator that goes from the cove to the visible house and has all the stops along the way. There would be levels where reinforced glass panoramic views would jut out of the cliff, but there would also be secret levels and mazes going back underground that would have all my cool stuff just for those closest to me, and then an underground area for myself that I'd just fuckin deck out.
Either some old-school big ass mansion or stone castle. Basically some big, old, cold-looking, ugly and dark thing from Jane Eyre.
But the garden would be absolutely breathtaking with roses blooming all season and water lilies by the pond and apple, cherry trees all around.
At night, I'd wander around my haunted house wearing white dress to scare the heck outta the helpers.
And whenever I have guests, I'd welcome them warmly with "my deceased husband would be so happy knowing he finally had some companies"
There is this guy in Brooklyn who bought an old abandoned factory who renovated it and basically has a huge building with a bunch of huge rooms with brick walls and huuuuge windows
10 Acres, 1200 Square Ft. home with each bedroom having their own full bathroom. Have it built to the side of the acreage. Then build dog fountains, bathing station, treat station, etc..all for the dogs. My private dog park for Zoe's friends.
