Hmm it does look like it, with suv but with curves. but the concept art for 2020 durango looks pretty similar to the current one. and the rear lights aren't the same shape as the 2020 durango.

It might be taillights look closer but the middle twilight stands out on this car and it doenst really with the RR

They're not transporting it. They're testing the model in the standard conditions it will go on to be used it once it's on the market.

On the backside, below it's clothes you can kinda see the paintjob on it, and I really like it.

Test cars around here always get painted in that design. Also they put additional "bumpers and skirts" on the car so it doesn't spoil the reveal but I've never seen one zipped up lkke that before
