If there is anyone or thing in this universe that is likely to appreciate life, it's the incarnation of death.

Perhaps. But death is very lonely, surrounded by all that lives. Would they not wish for company, after the eternity?

The number of killers and conquerors history remembers far outweighs the kind people. I'm not advocating being evil, but if you want to make your mark on history you have to be very very kind.
