Ooohhh yyyesssss !!!! So many times. "Thank you person with no experience. I guess your biased internet reading has proof my whole life existence wrong." So annoying.
I know people like that. They grew up under Soviet dictatorship and they hate communism so much that they'll vote for Nazis thinking they're better. They didn't learn anything.
That's also true (although Hitler's speeched were very communist-like). I hate comunism for many reasons. So I hate people trying to mute journalism, totalitarian behavior.... now many anti-left in USA are anti democrats and I get it, but I don't like Trump one bit because he acts like a totalitarian (thankfully USA still have different branches) and I'm against that. People might just go the opposite way not realizing both extremes can be bad and political fanatism is the wrong way to go. Not even trying to have their own views just adhering to what their party tells them. I can agree with some Republicans, and be against leftist democrats, that didn't mean I have to loke Trump, and that's what some people do.
When it's a people's government, a totalitarian will curtail power from that government, and clandestinely horde that power for himself and his loyal elite.
Just doing w/e he wants I gues you can call it cutting the BS. Still implementing nepotism and picking the guy for the job not by education and/or experience merit but by "ass kissing" merit which you see a lot in totalitarian or communist regimes.
Did he go to school with all of his appointees, or is it just because he's not afraid to fire federal employees he either can't trust, or who act against goals as president?
If the Executive wants exert pressure against someone HIS SUBORDINATES want to lighten up on, or vice versa, than because he is the one ultimately tasked with that authority, he has every right to let go of those who would undermine him.
There's only one President, only he has Executive authority, so if he delegates a task to someone who isn't loyal, or who can't satisfactorily bear the job, then they've got to go.
I'll say it again, only POTUS can delegate Executive powers, they are all ultimately his, he has no obligation to delegate anything, and everyone in the executive branch is meant to be an extension of the President.
Ok. I still believe it is better to have more than executive orders. And you can defend him all you want, but I don't agree and will never agree to firing people that are suppose to just do their job just because you might be affected personally. That's very 1. Fishy and 2. Anti democracy. And I always get blasted with being a democrat when I say this and blah blah. But that was my point I'm agains comunism, socialism regimes and also corrupt and totalitarian antidemocratic attitudes and actions. If not I'd be a hypocrite.
We're not talking about executive orders. We're talking about State Department, Judicial, Advisors, Diplomats, exclusively people who are extensions of the President.
And neither is being carried out by Trump.
