I love this idea but imagine how much creepier full, thick forests would be knowing their nutrients is a person.

When we die our bodies become the potato, and everyone eats the potato. Thus, we are all connected in the great circle of potato.

I mean forests nutrients are already at least in part dead bodies. Animals, murder victims, forgotten bodies, etc. It's always been that way
