James McAvoy, plays 7 characters in "Split" about a person with split personality. One of the personalities is a child, another is a woman. You can tell which one is present just from facial expression and body language, it's brilliant. I asked a friend who counsels people with multiple personality disorder if it was a good depiction of the reality, she said it was so accurate she couldn't watch it all.
