Her feet are quite likely standard size, but due to the fact that they're closer to the camera, angled in a prominent manner, and catching the light, while the rest of her is leaning back and in shadow, it makes them appear larger

Deep cup holders and no seatbelts lead me to believe that is a watercraft of some sort.

I could see it. Something about the materials of the interior as well- they have that “cheap” shiny look that materials used in applications where water/elements or easy cleanup is required are applied. But with the height and width and set configuration I could also see t being some type of conversion van- like a sprinter or NX, aka a “courier van” converted to transport. There are seatbelts in the vehicle- standard retractable 3-point types found primarily in automobiles. You can see them behind the two people- thin black straps on the far outside edges of the seats.
