30 seconds on Google and the conclusion I've drawn is it has something to do with Dr Strange going through the multiverse. Which is weird because I thought everyone was dead in the multiverses because Thanos won. But I also don't want to put that much thought into it

I think it has something to do with Sam Raimi, the new director of Doctor Strange 2. He directed the Spider-Man movies with Maguire. It sounds like Raimi just joined the team. So far no mention of maguire nor holland.
