Unisex toilets are a thing. Especially in small office complexes for example.

We have a 75/25 split of female/male on my floor. We made the mens room unisex, because it's much larger than the females

I'm a guy. Ever since I had to clean my own bowl, I've always sat down to pee. Even if your aim is perfect, it still gets everywhere. It's disgusting.
