And yet its the opposite for most games; critics almost never give anything AAA a score below 7 yet the players will tell you how bad it sucks

Some episodes could have been paced higher. Cavill was excellent, sarcasm well executed, time jumps hard to follow sometimes. But generally very entertaining.

It made no sense. It doesn't matter if the books or games explained something, it has to stand on its own merit.

To me, it was a show that had serious moments, but didn't take itself too seriously. The time jumps were a bit confusing at first, but when I got it, it was pretty cool! I ended up really enjoying it!

It was solid but they jumped over a lot of details the books had that made those stories great. Made Geralt look way different, wasnt happy there.
