It's not, but who ever said music needs vocals to be sung? BTW there's more to black metal vocals than screaming.

The argument can be made that rap isn't singing either, just speaking to a beat. Still music though. :)

Black Metal drumming is absolutely rad. That takes a lot of talent and precision.
