I think biology is very interesting. I am also not at all good at biology. Or any of the sciences, really. Got sarcastic comments on lock, though, so we have that?

Lol do I want to know the context?
I like biology as well. Especially the thought of using scopic equipment, but definitely would not want to do it for a living. That you do haha! Wouldn't change that.
.
Yeah, I mean haha why wouldn't you? I was asked, under interesting circumstances, if I owned a boat what would I name it. I didn't give it much thought. Just the first thing that came to my head. I thought of xvarnah. Not sure why, but apparently I'd name a boat after you
I mean there probably wont be much you can do, most utility jobs are done by men, and most women who do those jobs will probably want to do something else on the one day with no men.
The most typical answer when this question was originally asked?
It centered almost exclusively on activities that are considered too dangerous because of males: running in a park without worry, walking on a beach or downtown late at night, and wearing whatever f*cking thing respondants wanted to.
One of the answers included a story about how, despite the privations and problems of WWII, there was an amazing sense of freedom because all the men had left.
A predominantly male-centric viewpoint in public life and male predation are facts. ((They're also in several ways, related and reinforcing).. Posting responses that men are awesome and helpful doesn't change those facts.
I am in favor of all members of my species, obviously. Saying I am "for" a gender makes no sense, as being "against" a gender is ridiculous.
Look, nomally everyone politely avoids discussing the disproportionate ratio of perpetrator/violence by gender. But don't play like this question doesn't have real and very sad answers.
Not one person in this comments section or the meme on this site responded with "men are awesome."

The woman in the post only said she loves her male offspring, and they clearly look after and have done more for her than most feminists in her eyes in recent years, and she would rather keep them in her life and lose feminists for 24 hours than the opposite.
.
Most likely her sons also offer her a feeling of care and security and protection from people who would abuse her. And if you think for even half a second that that means "protection exclusively from men," you're not playing with a full deck.
