And when they tell you for the love of all that is wholly stay home people are still wandering public parks and taking their entire extended family to the grocery store
There's literally nothing dangerous about walking through a public park. Just keep a safe distance from people outside your household and don't touch shit unnecessarily and if you DO touch shit, don't touch your face, and sanitize/wash as soon as possible
And don't wear gloves. False security.
Also, where are people going!? Parks and stores, restaurants are closed. And there are still a lot of cars out. Ways less, but still a lot. Where are people going? Thru cant all be essential or going to get food
Gloves may potentially be helpful if you have cuts on your hands - the scientists can't agree on whether the virus can be transmitted this way so better safe than sorry. They can also protect your hands from the damage of constant washing.
.
Their downfall is people thinking this makes them safe to touch things when in reality gloves run the exact same risks of cross-contamination as your hands and have to be treated just as zealously - especially after taking them off, at which point you should be washing your hands anyway
.
As for where they're going... why does it matter? If you see people in places you don't need to be and can't maintain social distance just... don't go to those places
Exactly. False sense of safety. I see so many people touching common surfaces and then their personal items and clothes like it makes them immune to crossxontamination. And the places. I am not saying it matters. Im just curious lol
