In data error most likely. Either there are so many people participating that 99.6% is saying yes and the computer won’t round that extra .4 anywhere OR there’s a third option cutoff where there’s 1% of people saying cheese or whatever

Also, where was this poll taken, I mean what is population answering, that it is unanimous?
