Mantis shrimp have 12 color rods and see 13 more colors that we can't process.
Also fun fact, Mantis Shrimps are cool as heck, they hunt by literally punching their preys, and they have one of the fastest and strongest punch in the animal kingdom, it's been compared to a bullet of 0.22 caliber. You can find some videos on YouTube showing their punches, it creates a shockwave when they trhow it and it boils the water a little bit as well. They're awesome
Swiftest bullet punch in the world. We didn't even know they did it before high speed cameras... and even then that required an large examination of the footage.

Manny the mantis shrimp is lead into the room with his eyes closed
Host- "Ok, open your eyes, what do you think?"
Manny- "Errrrmmm..... It's certainly all very bright"
