Or you know, they could have insomnia (or narcolepsy if they're sleeping too much at the wrong times) and should probably talk to a doctor if it's causing problems

But how many people have real insomnia? I did a quick google, and apparently 1 in 3 have mild insomnia because of bad sleeping habits
