Chameleon died waiting for water

Not my chameleons!

Maybe it's my background in palaeontology talking but I don't find it depressing, only poetic and my brain goes "ooooh look at its cute, fragile bones you can see the whole skeletal structure that's so well preserved it's perfect!".

In all seriousness, when I bought a chameleon from Pet Smart (horrible idea, I know now)... he died damn near exactly like this.
