Be careful. Most types of cement (which is an ingredient of concrete) wen wet can cause Alkaline burns that can go very deep into the skin and can even burn you after all the cement has been washed off. The most common cement used in construction world wide is “Portland Cement” (no affiliation with Portland Oregon. The name comes through Portland England.) Portland cement is technically a brand name but is the most common English language generic name for any cement of the type (see: generic trademark; eponym- think “Kleenex” vs “Tissue”)

Portland cement can cause contact dermatitis, burns, and often had things like chromium and silicon in it that you don’t want to have on your skin more than you have to. The “off gas,” the vaporous byproducts of the chemicals and the reactions in many materials like concrete also aren’t great for you and can cause respiratory issues, burns, and an overall cancer risk. Your life, your kid, but I’d not play with cement.
