How many other countries televise/have such large issues that don't overshadow America's own?

When has American "news" agencies told you about law and order situations in other countries.

Tbh I think the country's just too big. It's too many people to be governed by one person. Other countries with similar populations have major issues. (China, India). China handles it by being a dictatorship. India hasn't really handled it at all with it being famous for slums.
