There’s several episodes where the doctor mentions that they don’t actually know how to fly the TARDIS and that it used to take a team of time lords to fly one. There’s a scene where I think 11 and friends fly together and he gets really happy to see a team flying again

You forget River can fly it too. Better than the Doctor, actually.

And Donna but well sadly Donna has no memory of it.
Clara can as well as Ashildr when they get their own Tardis.
